I'm coming to the end of my 32nd week of pregnancy and I'm definitely starting to feel the extra weight more and more. My bump is feeling huge and it's a massive obstacle when trying to do normal daily activities like getting out of bed or getting off the sofa. I've also started to get a numbness in my right leg when on the move and it's becoming more painful as the week goes by. I think the baby must be sitting on a nerve but I'm trying to stretch it out when it happens. Thankfully it comes and goes rather than being there constantly. 


Baby B is now the size of Kale according to my baby app and is weighing around 1.7kg!


Without sounding like a moaner, I'm feeling more weary and would happily nap every afternoon if I could. I'm sleeping better in the evenings and even though I'm still waking up during the night for regular toilet breaks I feel like I'm getting more sleep than earlier in my pregnancy. It's definitely getting harder to make myself comfortable in bed at night but my warm bubble baths every night before bed are brilliant for helping me relax. 


We have been receiving lots of exciting goodies in the post and we're now proud owners of a pram and crib! We've successfully dismantled and put back together the pram. We've played around with the cary cot and car seat settings and think we have mastered all the different adapters so feel more confident with it. Ted has had a sniff and even sat in the bottom basket so we've definitely got his seal of approval. We're going to take it out for a test run soon with Ted in toe and I want to practice taking it apart and folding it down for the car boot. Preparation is key! 

I have a lopsided bump most of the time as Baby B has been sticking his bum out on my left side. It's so funny seeing and feeling him poking out, I've even managed to capture it on camera! He's moving around in my belly a lot but there is still no set routine but he's normally on the move when I'm sat quietly or lying on my side in bed. 

I started using my Secret Saviours support band kit at the beginning of the week and I love the smell of the creams that come with it. My bump feels so soft and the small dry patches that had developed seem to have disappeared so I'm going to carry on using it until the end of my pregnancy. The support band is coming in really handy now I'm feeling much heavier and it's helping with my back ache so it's a winner all round. 



I'm religiously reading my hypnobirthing book before bed and hoping It will help me have a positive mental attitude during labour. I missed out on a pregnancy yoga session with a fellow pregnant friend this week because I was feeling a little under the weather but hoping I can go next week. I think that will really help my aches and pains and wish I had started doing it sooner! 

I'm starting to feel impatient now and really want to meet our little man. I know we only have 8 weeks left and that will fly by so quickly so I want to use this time wisely...prep, prep, prep!!
